The Chum Salmon is about as fun as any fish can be. They are extremely aggressive, and make for a great by-catch during King Season. They will attack stripped flies at will but are also keen on destroying topwater flies, some of which look like a half of chicken. Huge numbers return during the month of July, and they average between 6-15lbs.
